Plug & play exhaust air cleaning

When you run a production facility and a new type of emission treatment is to be installed, limited downtime is of utmost importance. It either requires a full stop of production, or the need to use temporary treatment systems that are cost-intensive.

Enter the smart plug & play solutions by our partner Krantz Clean Air Solutions.

The new compact SmartRTO plug & play system series reduces VOC emissions from a wide range of industrial applications – effectively, economically and quickly.
The systems can be used as 2-chamber systems with and without buffers as well as 3-chamber systems for a wide range of VOC concentrations and are dimensioned for exhaust air volumetric flows of 5,000/10,000/15,000 and 20,000 m³/h.
The SmartRTO units are completely pre-assembled and put into operation and transported by lorry to the installation site of the customer. Unloaded and connected, it can be immediately put into operation and clean the exhaust air.

Next-level sustainable systems: the smartRTO-E

For a clean future, we are committed to CO2 – neutrality in emission control.

That’s why our partners of Krantz have further developed the compact, mobile SmartRTO system and now also offer an electrically heated version: the SmartRTO-E 15/3,designed for volume flows from 3 750 to15 000 Nm3/h.

When developing this model, the goal was to maintain the consistently high product quality and cleaning performance clients have come to expect from the proven SmartRTO systems.

The focus is on ensuring maximum durability and dependable performance.

Features:

  • Transport-optimized system housing with integrated ceramic heat storage beds,
    combustion chamber, and control cabinet.
  • Separate transport of heating elements
  • Assembly of the fan directly next to the system
  • Functional modules for energy recovery or an additional hot bypass allow for economical and precise adaptation to specific application requirements.
