Project goal: After the masterplan results showed thermal off gas treatment to be optimal, select, design and engineer the optimal method of thermal off gas treatment. Goal is to have an optimal environmental performance at the lowest possible OPEX cost and with minimal operational impact.

Services provided:

Acting as owner’s engineer: in house process expert
Develop a technical specification based on the findings from the Basis of Design
Request for quotation for several technologies
Draft a technology selection report for all options with advice to management
Support the terminal’s management board in the selection process
Design of the vapour extraction system together with external experts
Automation and instrumentation design and advice
Act as the point of contact for external engineering companies
Support in communication with authorities and permitting procedures
