Nature-Inspired Emission Control :How UV & Plasma Systems Transform Industrial Air Treatment

Nature-Inspired Emission Control :How UV & Plasma Systems Transform Industrial Air Treatment

Industrial facilities are under increasing pressure to reduce odour, VOC, and harmful air emissions while improving energy efficiency and meeting stricter environmental regulations. Traditional thermal solutions are effective but not always the optimal or most sustainable choice for every exhaust stream.

In this webinar, BM Process and Oxytec jointly explore how nature-inspired, non-thermal technologies such as UV and plasma complement thermal emission control solutions and where they deliver the greatest value in industrial air treatment.

Participants will gain a practical understanding of when and why UV and plasma systems are the right choice, how they compare with conventional technologies, and how to de-risk implementation through testing and modular system design.

What You Will Learn

Where non-thermal UV & plasma technologies fit within the industrial emission control landscape

How these systems effectively reduce odour and low-to-moderate VOC emissions

Key differences between thermal and non-thermal air treatment approaches

Typical applications across industries such as chemicals, food & feed, wastewater, recycling, and manufacturing

How on-site testing can validate feasibility before investment

Who Should Attend

Plant managers and operations managers

Environmental, HSE, and sustainability professionals

Process and project engineers

Industrial decision-makers responsible for emission control and compliance
