Project goal: Research the feasibility for the recommissioning of a biofuel production facility based on new feedstocks. Provide process design, scope and budget input.

Services provided:

Acting as owner’s engineer: in house process expert
Acting as owner’s engineer: in house E/I and automation expert
Review of total existing plant and available documentation, gap analysis
Drafting of a status report
Determine process layout and requirements for new feedstock types
Determine required changes to electrical, instrumentation and automation systems
Mass balance development, process flow diagram development
Determination of required process setup, CAPEX and OPEX cost based on several feedstock types
Support management decisions on path forward with reports and presentations
